The room was lovely, but the walls were super thin, so I heard everything.

Just one word....... Wow!!!!!! Excellent rooms, nice area of the city. Delicious breakfasts at the Oregano restaurant downstairs. Easy to get to town by bus #714 (2 stops) then with the same ticket to tramway #12 and you are in the old town (Poczta Glowna) stop. 15 - 20 minutes ride the most. Staff smilling and very helpful. Internet fast, laudrette and all the features of the Hotel very convenient. Pharmacy & Grocery stores right under the Hotel on floor 0. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

Gorgeous hotel in a modern area close to improved public transport. Fantastic and attractive rooms with soft beds, a balcony and a kettle. Tasty and great selection for breakfast with very nice freshly cooked food. Quick check in and easy check out. Not to mention very good wifi!
Quite small bathroom.

Spacious suites for families and groups make it ideal.
I encountered some issues with the noise level from other guests, which disturbed my peace at night. It would have been great to have more comprehensive room service that included bed-making and thorough cleaning. The breakfast area was often crowded, and staff seemed overwhelmed, causing delays in refilling food items.

Hotel was very clean with plenty of space and had the added benefit of a kitchen area complete with microwave, fridge & hob. There was a supermarket within the complex which meant you could eat cheaply if you wished to do so.
There was a good 10min walk to the tram stop but work is underway to extend the line to the hotel later in 2012. Hotel is in a residential location which suited us as we were visiting family in that area but won't if you are looking for a city centre atmosphere.

Can't recommend highly enough for a quick break
Spacious room, comfortable kitchenette, with a lovely balcony that was nice, and the convenient tram stop right next to the hotel made exploring the city center effortless.
Almost perfect.

The staff is amazing. They helped me in every way possible. I wish every accommodation had an equally friendly and professional staff. The apartment is the nicest travel accommodation I have ever had. I didn't want to leave!
The friendliness of the Polish.

Nice room with a lot of storage space. Beds weer fine, very clean room. Nice restaurant on the grond floor for diners. Supermarkt under the hotel.
No inventary in the kitchenblock, only a watercooker. Only Polish TV . Traveling to the city is OK but wil be better if tram 12 and 18 are extended to in front of the hotel (in a few month).

Exceptionally clean and cozy Classic Studio Apartment with balcony. The location in a residential area. Breakfast was good, and the staff were genuinely attentive.
The walls were a bit thin, nice for some noise from neighbors. A little more soundproofing would enhance the experience.

Excellent modern business class apartment hotel. Rooms spacious clean and modern with microwave, ceramic hob and full size fridge included in the kitchenette. Supermarket on ground floor of complex along with hotel run restaurant where ample buffet breakfast served. Free parking outside hotel and new tram line recently completed with tram stop outside hotel ( Tram 52 goes to city centre in about 15 mins). Amazing value for money and well away from the city centre stag party hotels!
Our room was very warm when we arrived in November, but too warm to sleep comfortably. With no heating controls in the room we had to sleep with the window open which meant early morning traffic noise. The staff told us that heating is controlled centrally within the hotel.
